- Must be in the top 20% of the graduating class.
- Must come from a family with an annual household income of PHP150,000 or below
- Proof of income is required:
- Income Tax return, Certificate of Indigency or Pay slips.

Monetary Benefits:
For State Universities:
- Stipend of PHP 25,000 per half semester or PHP 100,000 Per Year where applicants will get directly form the School.
- Due to “Free Tuition Law” No allotment of Tuition fees and Miscellaneous fees.
For Private Universities:
- Stipend of PHP12,500/half-semester or PHP50,000/year (Stipend will be given directly form the school).
- PHP100,000 Tuition and Miscellaneous is a Maximum fees per Year.
Non-Monetary Scholarship Benefits:
Non-Monetary Scholarship benefits of the Security-Bank Scholarship:
- Scholars gain admission to some of the top universities in the Philippines, ensuring access to world-class education and resources.
- Scholarship can participate in internship program.

Documentary requirements to apply for the Scholarship
Here are the list of Documentary requirements to apply for the Security Bank Scholarship :
- Completed Application Form
- Copy of Grade 12 report card or equivalent showing a (GWA) general average of at least 90%
- Certificate of being in the top 20% of the graduating class, if available.
- Acceptance letter or proof of enrollment form one of security Bank’s Partner Universities.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the applicant’s school.
- Valid Photocopy
- School Id or
- Government-issued ID.
- Copy of Parent’s or guardian’s Income Tax Return (ITR) or Certificate of Tax Exemption.
- For non-taxpayers, submit a Certificate of Indigency or an affidavit of family income signed by the barangay.
- Recent Pay-slips to verify income.
- Recent 2×2 ID photo of the applicant.
