3. BARMM Scholarship 2026-2027
The BARMM Scholarship Program 2026, also known as the BASE-MERIT Scholarship, is designed for students, Bangsamoro Government Ministry Science and Technology Officially open and accepting online scholarship application for Filipino Students.
There are Two Scholarship Program:
- BASE Program (Bangsamoro Assistance for Science Education).
- BASE-MERIT Scholarship Program.
BARMM BASE Scholarship Benefits:
- PHP80,000 per year to cover the following fees
- PHP8,000 per month shall be deposited into the Bank Account every last week of the month.
Eligibility to apply
- They must be a Filipino Citizen and a Resident of BARMM,
- They must be a Member of the STEM Strand Senior High School Graduating Class with 85% GWA During the Grade 12 of the 1st Semester.
- Non-Stem Strand: minimum GWA of 90% in the same period.
- They must not be a recipient of other scholarship programs.
- Good Moral Character and Good Health.
- They must pass the BASE qualifying Examination.
- should enroll in a priority STEM Course under the Program.
Documentary Requirements
- Completed Online Application Form:
- Download he form and fill with correct information.
- Proof of Residency: Barangay or Municipal certification indicating the applicant has been a resident of BARMM for at least Six Months.
- Birth Certificate.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character.
- Academic Records:
- Certified true copy of the Senior High School Report Card (Grade 12, First Semester).
- For STEM Strand: General Weighted average (GWA) of at least 85%.
- For NON-STEM Strand: GWA of at least 90%
- Photocopy of a Government-issued ID (e.g., School ID, Barangay ID)
- Medical Certificate.
- Two (2) Recent 2ร2 Photos:
- Must be clear and taken against a white background.
- A notarized affidavit or proof of income annually.
BARMM BASE-MERIT Benefits
- Annual grant of PHP 200,000, distributed in monthly installments of PHP 20,000.

The CDO City Scholarship 2026 program is now open to apply for all eligible Filipino College Students. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro is Calling all interested candidates to apply for the City Scholarship Program for academic year 2026 to 2027

Requirements to Apply
- Legal child of a RAFI MFI client that is in good standing for 2 years. โ
- Must be Physically and Mentally fit
- Must be Senior High School Graduate or itโs equivalent, and an incoming first year college student
- Must not exceed 21 years of age
- Must not have any other active Scholarship Program
- Must pass the entrance Exam and academic requirements set by the UCs
- Must be willing to take up preferred courses set by RAFI MFI (Any 4-years courses relate to accounting, Business/Management/Finance, information Technology or Communication, Psychology or social work) and
