The Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) is now accepting applications for a new Batch of one time financial grant of P7,500, for academic year 2026-2027

Documents to Prepare

Accomplished TDP Application Form 2026 Version
2×2 ID Picture and wet/fresh signature.
Request slip and releasing of study load will be at office of scholarship services, 3td floor TAC Building.
Certificate of Indigency.
Study load for the 1st semester. academic year 2026-2027, must be validated and signed by the registrar documents form the student portal will not be accepted.

Make Sure all the documents are merged into one PDF File and named using your full name.

Applicants Must be a Filipino Citizen
For Students Who officially enrolled in CEBU NORMAL UNIVERSITY are encouraged to apply,
You can still submit an application even if you previously applied for TES- as long as you are NOT currently receiving a TES grant.
Must be enrolled at Cebu Normal university:
- Alegria, Argao, Balamban, Catmon, Main, and Medelin Campus.

One time financial aid amounting to ₱7,500

Onsite Submission: Hard copies of your documents must also be submitted during your scheduled face-to-face classes.
For Main Campus: Submit directly to your office.
For External Campus: You don’t need to come to the main campus. Designated staff will be available to receive your hard copies at your campuses.
