CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship 2026 – Requirements & How to Apply (Apply Now)

The Office of Rep.Eric olivarez is now taking applications for the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship Program, open to incoming 1st to 4th year college students from Paranaque District 1.

What is the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship Program?

The commission on Higher Education’s Tulong Dunong Scholarship program (TDP) offers financial help to qualified college students.

This batch is maintained by Rep. Eric Olivarez’s Congressional District Office in paranaque City.

Note: This award is only to the first 1,128 applicants, therefore interested students should submit their applications as soon as possible.

Who can Apply?

To be eligible for the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants must be Paranaque District 1 residents.
  • Must be an incoming 1st to 4th year college students for SY 2026-2027.

Documentary Requirements

The Applicants must prepare and sumit the following documents :

  • Updated Voter’s certification as of 2026
  • Duly accomplished Application Form
  • Certified true copy of the enrollment registration form with courses and units stated, signed by the school registrar (SY 2026-2027)
  • Barangay Indigency with the goal of CHED Requirements.
  • Two (2)pieces of 2×2 ID picture
  • Photocopy of School ID or National ID

Applicant must submit all requirements at the Congressional District office in Paranaque City Hall.

Note: Applications must be submitted personally by the student. Proxy submissions are strictly forbidden.

Submission Schedule

The criteria will be submitted on June 22-25, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 3:00PM
