Iskolar Ng Bayan Scholarship 2026 is now open for applications for the academic year 2026-2027. The scholarship program was initiated by Mayor Cipriano D. Violago jr.

Overview of Iskolar Ng Bayan Scholarship

The Iskolar ng Bayan Scholarship program is initiated by Mayor Cipriano D. Violago Jr. of San Rafael, Bulacan. helps to Provides Financial Assistance to all eligible and deserving incoming college students for the academic year 2026-2027.

Iskolar Ng Bayan Program was announced in 2019 and allocated around 400 Scholarship Slots in the Philippines. This Scholarship is only open to college students enrolled at any College/University

Who is Eligible to apply?

To apply for the Iskolar Ng Bayan Scholarship Program, applicants must:

Bona fide resident of San Rafael, Bulacan
Submit a photocopy of the latest Solo Parent ID (1 year validity)
Only for College Students, Enrolled at any College or University
General average should be 85% / 2.25 above with No failing grades / dropped subject
Only 1 member in each family can avail in this Scholarship
Old scholars Must also apply together with the new applicants. IF son/ Daughter of a SOLO PARENT
All requirements will be submitted to the General Services Office (GSO), Ground Floor, Municipal Hall, San Rafael Government Center, Brgy. Sampaloc.
Incomplete requirements will not be accepted.

Documentary Requirements

For incoming Freshmen

Barangay Certificate of Indigency (Original Copy)
Request Letter addressed to Mayor Cipriano D. Violago, Jr. (Personal letter by the student applicant)
Photocopy of School ID or any Government issued ID (with 3 specimen signature)
Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (COR) 1st SEM SY 2026-2027
Certified ( CTC ) Photocopy of Report Card – General Average should be 85% or above (Should be certified by the school where he/she graduated)

For 2nd Year and up

Certificate of Registration (COR) 1st SEM SY 2026-27 (Photocopy)
Certificate of Registration (COR) 2nd SEM SY 2025-26 (Photocopy)
CERTIFIED ( CTC ) photocopy of Certificate of Grades (COG) 2nd SEM SY 2025-26 (COG will not be accepted if not CERTIFIED)
Original Copy of (Barangay Certificate of Indigency)
(Personal letter by the student applicant) Request Letter addressed to Mayor Cipriano D. Violago, Jr.
Photocopy School ID or any Government-issued ID (with 3 specimen signatures)

Print the Filled-Out Application Form on long-size Bond Paper.
