CHED Sikap Scholarship 2025-2026 Application Ongoing
The CHED Sikap Scholarship is now open to apply for Batch 5 Students, all the eligible and interesting Filipino Students are welcome to apply for the academic year 2026-2027
What is CHED Sikap Scholarship?
The CHED Sikap Refers to “Scholarship for instructors Knowledge Advancement Program” it’s a Scholarship financial aid given by the CHED in the Philippines mainly designed to support teaching and non-teaching staff working in a recognized HEIS – Higher Education Institutions.
It is a Government Funded Scholarship that support Full-time and Part-time Graduate studies Master’s or Doctorate for a qualified teaching and non-teaching personal in recognized higher Education Institutions.
Document Requirements
- Application form
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- SHEI Endorsement form
- Certificate of Employment with Compensation
- Certificate of Clearance form the previous grants – if applicable.
- Approved Study Leave issued by the SHEI
- NBI Clearance
- Proof of Admission to the DHEI
- Transcript of Records:
- For undergraduate and graduate/post-graduate degree
- Medial Certificate of Physical Fitness and Mental Fitness with a licensed Physician.
- Return service agreement and Draft Re-entry Action Plan
- Certificate of Award, If applicable
- Copy of Publication in the past 5 years, if any
Who can apply?
- Must be a Filipino Citizen.
- A teaching or non-teaching personal employed in any (HEIs) on a full-time basis.
- Admitted or going to enroll in a graduate degree program.
- Must not have any other active Scholarship Program
- Must not be more than 50 years of old.
- Willing to execute a Return service Agreement with the SHEI.
- If Applying for Part time:
- Have a permit to study form SHEI.
- Must have an approved full-time study leave without teaching/workload covering the entire scholarship Period.
- Must have a good academic standing.
- Applicant must be Physically and mentally fit to undertake and complete the scholarship program.

- Monthly Stipend – ₱41,000
- Research allowance – ₱150,000
Benefits Under Doctorate Degree Programs:
- Tuition and other fees – Actual tuition
- Monthly Stipend – ₱54,000
- Research allowance – ₱250,000

- For Batch 1 – Application Deadline is on August 4, 2025
- For Batch 2 – Application Deadline is on September 8, 2025
- For Batch 3 – Application Deadline is on October 06, 2025
- For Batch 4 – Application Deadline is on November 28, 2025
- For Batch 5 – Application Deadline is on January 30, 2026
- For Batch 6 – Application Deadline is on April 2, 2026
