Who are Qualified to Apply?

Must be an incoming First-Year College Student for AY 2026-2027
Must be 17-21 years of Age
Must have a Grade 12 GWA of 90% or higher
Must be a Resident of Palawan
Applicant must be enrolled at Palawan State University-Main Campus or Western Philippines University-Main or PPC Campus.
Must not be a direct dependent or relative up to the 3rd degree of associates form Palawan Group of Companies
Must not be a recipient of any active Scholarship Program or Financial Aid Grants During Applying.
Must be Good Moral Character
Priority is given to applicants form indigent or low-incoming families.
