Step 1 – Visit the (LTMS) – Land Transport Management System Protal link – https://portal.lto.gov.ph/.
Step 2 – Click on ‘Register Now’ On LTMS Portal,
Step 3 – You need to read the Terms and Agreement Clearly and click on ‘Yes, I Accept’
Step 4 – Now you need to enter the Correct Security Code and Click on Next,
Step 5 – Choose the Form of Registration:

  • Enroll as an Individual,
  • Enroll as an Organization,
  • Marid – Enroll of LTO Stakeholders and
  • Other Entity – Eroll of LTO Stakeholders.

Step 6 – Fill or Enter all the Details Correctly mention you are Mobile Number and Email Address,
Step 7 – You will get an email with Verification, Verfy that your email belongs to you,
Step 8 – Fill the Details such as : Emergency Contact number, Medical Information and other General Information,
Step 9 – You will be assigned with a 15-Digit Number,
Step 10 – Now you are registered with the LTMS Portal, you can access the LTMS Portal by Username and Password, which you got on you are email address.
