How to Get OWWA E-Card online (OWWA OFW E-Card)
The OWWA has announced to provide OWWA OFWs E-Cards online, to help and support OFWs Families with scholarship benefits and other benefits. it is also know as identification card for Filipino Citizens.
What is OFW e-Card?
The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration OFW e-Card is a digital identification card issued by the OWWA to it’s registered members. it servers as a modern, convenient and secure proof of membership and active status for OFWs Overseas Filipino Workers.
OWWA OFW e-Card is the Primary digital identity proof that you are an active registered OWWA Member. it is most important to avail OWWA e-Card for every citizen in the Filipino.
What are the Benefits?
If you are an active OFW’s Member you will get the benefits as follows:

- OFW e-Card can be used as an exit clearance when going to another countries instead of using your OEC Paper

What are the Qualification?
- Any returning Workers or “Balik Manggagawa” With an active OWWA Membership
- A Valid Overseas Employment Certificate/Exemption Number
- Valid Passport number are eligible for the OFW e-Card.
The OWWA membership must be valid for at least 90 (ninety) Days form the date of application in order to get your OFW e-Card.
How to Apply?
To Apply Follow the Steps given below:
- Visit the official owwa OFW e-Card website application from link https://dubaiecard.owwa.gov.ph/
- Enter Your personal details:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Suffix Name
- Gender
- Date of Birth
- Contact No
- Work Site
- Philippines Address
- E-mail Address
- Simply Signature to upload click on “Choose File” to upload signature
- Upload Photo
- Tick on the privacy policy and click on submit
- You can pick your OWWA OFW e-Card at your preferred OWWA Reginal office after Notification.
Apply OWWA e-Card at Airport Terminal 1
It is a straight forward process to apply for the OWWA OFW e-Card, for returning Filipino Workers arriving at the NAIA Terminal 1.

- Carry a Photo copy along with you
