Our Educational Assistance Program provides financial aid to it’s deserving Students who enrolled in partner state universities and Colleges.
If you meet the following qualification below, we encourage you to apply for the first step toward a brighter future.
Requirements to Apply
Following are the requirements to apply Tzu Chi Foundation Educational Assistance.
- Must be enrolled in one of the Following partner universities or Colleges:
- University of the Philippines.
- Universidad de Manila
- Philippine Normal University
- Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila
- Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
- Technological University of the Philippines.
- They must be an Incoming 2nd Year College Student at the time of application.
- This means that the student is currently a 1st year College Student and will be advancing to the 2nd year in the next semester.
- They must belong to an indigent or economically challenged Family.
- Must be a regular Students.
- They must have a General Average (GWA) of at-least 2.25 (82%) with no failing grades in any subjects.
- Applicant must be resident of the Metro Manila or areas in Rizal Near (NCR).

- Duly accomplished Tzu Chi application form (encoded).
- Latest report card
- Latest Registration form
- 1X1 ID Picture
- Autobiography
- Recent Family Picture
- Picture of the inside and outside of the House
- Copy of Utility Bills
- Detailed Sketch map of residence with landmarks.
Note: They must pass the interview and agree to a Home visitation: Conducted by Tzu Chi Foundations social Workers, Staff and Volunteers.

- Latest Report Card
- Latest Registration Form
- 1 X 1 ID Picture
- Autobiography
- Recent Family Picture
- Pictures of the Inside and Outside of the House.
- Copy of Utility Bills.
- Detailed Sketch Map with Landmarks.
- Latest ITR/Parents Pay Slip (if applicable).
- Barangay Certificate of Indigency.
