Always remember you only need 2 Valid IDs from the given list:

Philippines Passport – Issued by the Philippine Government.

You need a Copy of your OLD or Expired NBI Clearance.
You need any 2 Valid IDs, that depending on the type of renewal procedure as follows:
- Birth Certificate (Original Copy) – By the Philippines Statistics Authority,
- National ID,
- Driver’s License,
- Marina Seafarer’s ID,
- Philippines Passport,
- PhilHealth ID,
- PRC ID,
- Police Clearance,
- Senior Citizen’s ID,
- Solo Parent ID,
- TIN card,

Here are the Steps to Register Online NBI Clearance:

First you need to visit the official website NBI Clearance Website.
Now Chose the Language you need,
Agree the Data Privacy Disclaimer,
If you are a First time applying:
- You need to register for an NBI account,
- Fill out the Fields with information and confirm your application with OTP,
- OTP will be sent to your Mobile number and Email address, So mention your mobile and Email Correctly,
- Agree the terms and Complete the registration,
Login to NBI Clearance Website – With your login details.
Fill out the online Application and click on “Save information“
After entering all the information Cross check the details and apply for “NBI Clearance“
Next step you need to Chose the type of “Valid ID” that need to present during the appointment.
Agree the terms by ticking the “I Agree Box“
Chose the Nearest NBI Branch where you need to submit your Application Form,
Next chose your Appointment Time,
- The Blue Box in the Screen Calendar will show the number of Open Slots in the Branch you Preferred for.
Next Select the Payment Method as:
- NBI Clearance Costs – ₱130 + ₱25 Service fee,
Check all your Personal Details entered is Correct and submit the Form online,
Take note of “Reference Number” or take a “Screenshot“.
Next step is to pay your NBI Clearance online with ₱130 + ₱25 Service fee,
Go to your Transaction page and see weather your application status is “Paid” or “Pending“.
Next Click on Details Button to review your application form,
Be on time on your Application “Date”
